During this lesson, children explored the topic of the four seasons — spring, summer, autumn, and winter — deepening their understanding of the natural changes that occur throughout the year. They learned to identify the characteristic features of each season, including weather conditions, typical activities, and changes in nature.
They also practiced memorizing rhymes related to the seasons. Learning rhymes by heart supports language development, enhances pronunciation and rhythm, and improves concentration. Recitation activities build confidence in speaking and help develop clear, expressive communication skills.
As part of a collaborative group project, students worked together to create visual representations of each season. In small teams, they discussed ideas, shared responsibilities, and produced drawings illustrating the unique characteristics of spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
